Like most customers looking at 4-seasons or sunrooms projects, they were desperate for additional space for their family to gather. These rooms are often great transitional spaces from the exterior to the interior. The old deck on this home was past its expiration date, so why not make the upgrade to additional living space.
With a budget of $60,000, we were able to add 250 square feet of space.
The build for this project was relatively simple, so most of the expense was spent on the fundamentals of a building; the windows and insulation. This room has a complete encapsulation of spray foam insulation- from crawl space to the ceiling. We also decided to invest in high quality Pella windows and doors.
With a few simple pressure treated landings to get in and out of the room, this space was complete!
