Eric
Eric Russell is the Owner, Salesman, and Project Manager. When he isn’t working on customer projects, he enjoys woodworking in his shop, gardening, and spending time with his wife and daughters. He got started in residential construction in high school and college; working in his brother’s construction company. He likes this field because he enjoys building and making beautiful things. However, he gets the most satisfaction from the reactions of customers and knowing they love the final product.
Kerry
Kerry Girt is our Assistant Project Manager and Trim Specialist. When he is off the clock, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and visiting his granddaughter. Kerry is an avid hunter and also spends time training his bird dog! He got started in the industry shortly after college working with his brother’s construction business. Kerry loves being able to see the total transformation of a project from start to finish. He finds satisfaction in being able to stand back and look at something he created and be proud that it looks really good!
Justin
Justin Russell is one of our team Lead Carpenters. In his free-time, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, and playing video games. He got started in construction by working with his older brothers and fell in love with the process. He enjoys working in the construction industry because of the wide variety of work, being able to use his hands, and the satisfaction of making a client happy with the final product.
Eli
Eli Smith is one of our team Lead Carpenters. He stays very active with his church and plays disc golf in his spare-time. Eli always loved working with his hands and fell in love with the industry while taking Building Trades classes in high school learning about all the phases of construction. He likes working in residential construction specifically because of the personalized experience with the customer. Eli enjoys getting to know the customer and their preferences and styles so that he can better meet their needs.
